Providing viable solutions one block at a time
Going into African American communities that are under-resourced and underserved, we consistently meet community residents who have viable solutions for the ills of their communities. We are honored to harness their talents and affinities to support them in improving the landscape of their communities. Recognizing that the community is their own bridge over adversity, The Legacy Project serves as a catalyst that offers consultation and resources to help maintain, develop, grow, and sustain families who are subjected to inequities – housing, health, education, employment. This approach to the holistic wellbeing of families provides needed resources to revitalize communities.
Homeownership
Our homeownership focus aims to create opportunities for African American families to obtain and retain their homes. Our goal is to redefine affordable housing, including refurbishing old and building new properties to establish infrastructure within disinvested, blighted neighborhoods. We look to provide opportunities for African American construction and renovation businesses to work in partnership with us, revitalizing communities one BLOCK at a time.

Healthcare
Access to quality healthcare in the community. We are tired of society pushing pharmaceutical sales and not promoting and supporting preventive care, and punishing trauma and not participating in promoting healing.
